This is how you cheers to Taylor Swift‘s record-breaking Eras Tour.
To celebrate the last leg of the tour that kicked off in March 2023 — and has been everywhere from Los Angeles to Milan and Philadelphia to Sydney — production company Sodexo Live! is rolling out a fun menu at the remaining U.S. tour stops in Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis.
There will be a drink, aptly named Go Viral, which features lime sour, blue curacao, and strawberry-infused syrup. It’s served shaken and poured over a glass of ice and topped off with seltzer and an edible strawberry straw. It can be prepared as a cocktail or a mocktail for all the young Swifties.
PEOPLE tried out the beverage ahead of the Eras Tour grand finale, and the sweet drink put us in a lavender haze. It has the perfect balance of flavors and a gorgeous purple color.
Sipping with the strawberry straw (that you can nibble on after) will pair nicely with the more savory Eras Tour offerings like Back to Decemburgers, Che-ee-ese Pizza, and No Beef, No Crime (Veggie) Burgers.

Sam Stewart, the Sodexo Live! beverage director, tells PEOPLE that the team wanted to create a drink that was “both bright in color and flavor” and “something that would appeal to fans of all ages, since this is offered as both a cocktail and a non-alcoholic mocktail.”
“We thought the edible straw was also a unique add that you might not expect to see at a stadium,” he adds.
Eras Tour attendees can request the Go Viral drink to be served in a disco ball cup, a special nod to Swift’s dazzling outfits and her Folklore hit “Mirrorball.”
Stewart says the “pretty versatile” drink complements many different foods, but he adds, “you can never go wrong with some classic chicken tenders and some (seemingly) ranch!”

An internal “Swiftie Council” was recruited to brainstorm the “menu by Swifties, for Swifties.”
“We decided to tap into the Swifties themselves to help us get creative with the names for the menu items,” Carmen Callo, Sodexo Live! senior vice president of culinary, tells PEOPLE.
“We have some Swifties within our Sodexo Live! team, so we included them, and then we invited a few friends and family who have either already been to the Eras Tour or who plan to attend one of the upcoming shows,” he says.

To plan for the Eras Tour stops, Callo says they “have studied the Swiftonomics. We know we’ll serve more mocktails and soft drinks with the crowd, as it consists of more kids and families than we might have at other concerts.”
Callo compared preparing food and beverages for a three-day Eras Tour run “to hosting three Super Bowls in one weekend.” (Sodexo Live! has hosted 15 Super Bowls in the past, along with other major events). If they overestimate any menu items, they work with local organizations to “rescue the prepared but unused food immediately after the event to donate to local shelters for community members in need.”
The Eras Tour stops at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami from Oct. 18-20, then heads to New Orleans’ Caesar Superdome from Oct. 25-27. The following weekend, Swift makes her last U.S. tour stop at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

After her U.S. concerts, the Eras Tour is headed to Canada for shows in Toronto this November and Vancouver the following month. Swift’s final show will take place on Sunday, Dec. 8 in Vancouver — truly marking the end of an era.
