The case involving sex trafficking kingpin Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to have complicated developments as many underage victims appear, even a boy who was abused when he was only 9 years old.

The 9-year-old boy is one of 120 victims who have come forward to accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual abuse in the past. Attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on October 1, accusing Diddy of sexually abusing multiple minors. Tony Buzbee said the 9-year-old boy was abused after auditioning at Bad Boy Records Studio in New York, which Diddy owns.
“Other boys also came to this audition and tried to get a recording contract. All of them were minors. The 9-year-old boy was sexually abused by Sean Combs and several others with the promise to his parents and himself that he would help get a recording contract,” said attorney Tony Buzbee.
Attorney Tony Buzbee said his law firm and AVA Law Group have been hired by 120 people to sue Diddy. Of those, 25 are minors. The rapper’s victims include both men and women. According to NBC News, Tony Buzbee will file lawsuits in several states within the next 30 days. The attorney said that up to 55% of the victims have reported the incident to authorities or hospitals.
They said they were abused by Diddy at parties, including album release parties, New Year’s Eve parties, infamous white parties, and even record label auditions. The incidents took place from 1991 to 2024, spanning Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan, the Hamptons, and more. Attorney Tony Buzbee said many of the victims said they tested positive for drugs after the parties.
Diddy’s attorney Erica Wolff stressed in a statement to PEOPLE that the rapper cannot respond to each individual accuser and denies sexually abusing anyone, including minors. Diddy will prove his innocence in the upcoming trial.
